Our Policies
To cancel or reschedule, please let us know 24 hours in advance. We do not charge a cancellation fee because we know life happens, but we always appreciate the notice. Payment is due either online or in person upon rendering of service. Any unpaid balance after 14 days will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, until paid in full. By scheduling with us, you agree to this policy. We offer a 60-day warranty on any gas or plumbing labor provided by us. This does not cover any materials, provided by us or by you. Labor only.
